Sweet Slobba’d Ribs

Baby Back or Spare ribs

*Remove membrane from the back

* Coat in yellow mustard first, followed by a healthy dose of Sweet Slobba rub

*Smoke on 225 for 2.5 hours, then pull them, add Bully Red Sauce and wrap in aluminum foil.  Put them back on the grill for 2.5 more hours.

*Unwrap after 2.5 hours, get the temperature to 250-275 and cook for an hour maximum or until the bark is to desired look.
