
Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno Poppers
* Cut Jalapeno’s in half. Remove all the inner seeds and wash out.
*Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese. You can add in some sausage and blend all in a food processor.
*add cheese to the peppers and wrap in thin sliced bacon.
*Sprinkle Sweet Slobba Rub on top generously (this will give the bacon a crisp glaze)
*Smoke at 225 until bacon is crispy
*Finish with Bully White Sauce on top!
